For us, food has always been about more than what’s on the plate—it’s how we gather, celebrate, and stay connected. Our family’s journey began in 1992 with Tirlochn and Paramjit Mand, whose passion for Punjabi cuisine and hospitality eventually led to the opening of India Palace in Minnesota in 2003.
